Trip to the Davao River: Water Rafting

I really was looking for the pictures when I was hanging in the zip lines but I could not find it so far so I just decided to post it later. The next trip that I experience was  water rafting in the waters of Davao river. The activity was managed by Davao Wildwater Adventure Inc.. The first place that went first to Crocodile Park to meet “Pangil” (the largest crocodile in the park), just kidding! We had our orientation in crocodile park. After the orientation we selected our life vest and head gear then we are off to Tamugan. The travel from the park to tamugan was about an hour.

After we arrived in the area where we will start the water rafting, we were briefed on the things that we should do like how to paddle, how to rescue someone, the do’s and don’ts in the activity. I was really excited to do the rafting but at the same time nervous since I don’t know how to swim (what a shame, aajaj). When the water rafting started, everything was history.. ajajajja. It was really a great adventure. I would say that it was the most fun and thrilling adventure I have done so far.

Trip to Camp Sabros: The Travel and Arrival

Last June 5 2011, we conquered the Camp Sabros Zipline at Kapatagan, Digos, Davao del Sur. The experience was really great. We gathered at SMIT Magallanes at around 5:00 -5:30 am. We reached the place at around 8 in the morning. We had our breakfast first before going to the rides in the zip line. From the place where we part or vehicle, we walked the top to reach camp sabros. It was quite a tiring walk since I was not used to walking an up-hill place. It is possible to ride a motorcycle but it is really dangerous so we just decided to walk. Horse riding is also available but during that time, the driver was still having his breakfast.  Upon reaching the area, we took some pictures for the place was really nice.
